We pride ourselves on our speedy delivery, and dispatch most orders on the same day as we receive them. We keep stock of almost all of our lines to avoid delays; however please allow up to 10 days for delivery, either if we do not have stock of your item, or if it is made to order.

If you live in a country not listed above
Orders placed for delivery to countries not listed above will have to go through a manual procedure.
Once the online shopping cart is ready for check out, customers will have to either:
1) print out the cart contents and send us a fax, or
2) copy and paste the cart contents into an email and send it to us.

Delivery Costs
The dispatch department will then provide you with a quote for delivery which will be added to the total amount.
Payments
Once agreed, payments can ONLY be accepted in the form of Bank Transfer or Bank Draft (established customers may then use credit cards).

Next Working Day Delivery
We also offer a next working day delivery service. This costs and additional £4.50, and the order must be placed before 4pm on the previous day. This is only available within the UK, and you should receive your order by 1pm the following day.
Please note that a next working day delivery is not guaranteed to arrive on a Saturday, if the order is placed on a Friday. However, this is a very rare occurence.
